The lawyer’s fee may be set according to an agreement with the client at hourly rate, per act of legal service, as a contingency fee or as a flat fee, and invoiced in an agreed upon frequency, e.g. monthly or quarterly, which is especially beneficial for long-term clients.

Our standard hourly rates are set depending on the specific case and area of law between 2,500 CZK and 3,500 CZK without VAT (which is invoiced at a statutory rate). Unless otherwise stipulated, our fees are pursuant to the Regulation of the Ministry of Justice, no. 177/1996 Coll., the lawyer’s tariff, as amended and supplemented.
